PlayStation 5's have got a bit of a bad reputation with the HDMI port. Not only does it sometimes come from factory with poorly soldered pins they are really prone to failure when the console falls over or pulled too hard. This is the where the rabbits hole starts. These issues can be caused by a number of factors on the board from the WiFi card, ram to bad firmware.
